Blair’s lifelong love of animals led her to ask a powerful question: How can we prevent animals from ever needing rescue in the first place?

That idea became Paws of Change,  an organization built on resources, education, and advocacy to support responsible pet ownership and protect vulnerable animals. Alongside passionate volunteers and supporters, Blair is working to create a better future for pets and the people who love them.
